HERMITAINER can operate entirely independent of public infrastructure.

Every essential system has been integrated into the residence, allowing comfortable living almost anywhere in the world.

Energy
  • A 16 kWh battery system supplies the residence with standard household electricity.
  • Roof or ground-mounted solar panels generate up to 4 kW and fully recharge the batteries within approximately four to five hours of strong sunlight.
  • A fully integrated diesel generator provides additional backup whenever required.
Water
  • An 800 litre fresh water reservoir supplies the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower.
  • Grey water is safely filtered before storage or disposal.
Climate
  • Instant gas heating provides comfortable temperatures within minutes.
  • Integrated air conditioning maintains ideal indoor comfort throughout the year.
  • Continuous hot water is supplied through an efficient gas-powered system.
Connectivity
  • Integrated Starlink internet provides reliable high-speed connectivity almost anywhere on Earth.
Flexible Configuration
  • Customers who intend to install HERMITAINER permanently on private property may alternatively choose a simplified configuration using conventional utility connections.
